For individuals with eligible commercial insurance plans, we can provide a detailed receipt, often referred to as a superbill, upon request. This documentation may be used to inquire about potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual insurance plan and benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds may also be used for eligible services, subject to your plan's guidelines.

In most cases, no! Massachusetts allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can schedule an appointment without first obtaining a physician's referral.
For lymphatic therapy, a referral is generally not required for wellness-focused services. However, certain medical conditions or more complex lymphatic concerns may require a physician's referral or medical clearance before beginning treatment.
Your health and safety are always our priority, and we'll help determine whether any additional medical documentation is needed prior to your appointment.

Our in-home physical therapy services focus on healthy aging, mobility, and maintaining independence. We work with individuals experiencing balance difficulties, falls, weakness, decreased endurance, mobility limitations, and changes in functional abilities.
We also support individuals recovering from illness, hospitalization, surgery, or periods of decreased activity.
Whether your goal is to regain strength, improve safety, or maintain an active lifestyle, we develop an individualized treatment plan around your needs and goals.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid.
MLD may benefit individuals experiencing swelling, lymphedema, post-surgical swelling , or other conditions affecting lymphatic function. It may also be incorporated into wellness-focused sessions for individuals seeking relaxation and supportive care.
Every session is tailored to your individual needs, health history, and goals to ensure treatment is appropriate and beneficial.
